Zipolite registers low tourist influx
Almost empty or semi-empty restaurants and cafeterias were observed on the beach.
Zipolite Beach, Oaxaca.- In the midst of the heat waves that impact the Oaxacan coast, this beach presents a noticeable drop in room occupancy.
This tourist destination framed as a nudist beach observes low mobility on its extensive beach.
"If the occupancy of rooms is very low, here in this hotel we are at 35%, there are others that are at 40% and this is also reflected on the beach even when local tourism that comes from Pochutla or Tonameca, well, rent rooms,” said a hotel employee located in the Roca Blanca neighborhood.
