ZIPOLITE, POCHUTLA.- Como una revancha y una forma de presión para evitar más acciones de defensa por el despojo del que fue objeto, calificó Gloria Johnson Ramírez la clausura de su restaurante y cabañas, consumada el pasado jueves por inspectores de la Jurisdicción Sanitaria número 4.
Luego de que el martes Gloria Johnson, pionera de la playa Zipolite, evidenciara la incursión ilegal y el desmantelamiento de un inmueble de su propiedad, que por medio de argucias habría sido vendido por un ex empleado a un empresario extranjero; este jueves se registró una nueva embestida para la dueña del hostal rústico Shambhala.
Visita sorpresiva de inspectores
Y es que de manera inesperada, se presentaron hasta su negociación –único sostén económico- un par de inspectores de los Servicios de Salud de Oaxaca (SSO) adscritos a la Jurisdicción Sanitaria número 4 con la intención de verificar las condiciones de salubridad en las instalaciones.
Después de revisar exhaustivamente cocina, cisterna y alacenas, los empleados de salud determinaron tajantemente realizar la clausura de los locales con el argumento de que representaban un riesgo sanitario, sin dar oportunidad a la agraviada de replicar sus conclusiones.
A pesar de no existir motivos suficientes, la clausura fue consumada por autoridades sanitarias.
Dos murciélagos, el argumento
“Cuando abrieron la puerta donde se guarda la despensa encontraron dos pequeños murciélagos de fruta que andaban por ahí porque viven en la zona, es su hábitat, yo no los puedo matar. Además de hacer una observación a la cisterna porque tiene una parte que requiere azulejo”, refirió la afectada.

Jurisdicción niega información
Entrevistado primero vía telefónica y luego de manera personal, el titular de la Jurisdicción Sanitaria número 4, Ulises López Lucero, se negó a aclarar los motivos que derivaron en la clausura, aunque dijo, esas inspecciones solo se realizan de rutina o por una queja.
“Es un tema que yo no puedo comentarle a usted como reportera, sino directamente con el propietario”, señaló.
A pesar de que Johnson Ramírez intentó comunicarse en diversas ocasiones con el funcionario para solicitar más información, éste omitió contestar sus llamadas.
El pasado martes Gloria denunció que Daniel Cohen, empresario argentino, ordenó desmantelar un predio donde se ubicaba una cabaña.
Arremetida por develar abusos
Vale referir que Gloria Johnson exhibió cómo su ex empleado Juan Martínez Ramírez abusó de su confianza y por medio de argucias (falsificación de firmas) se alió con un empresario extranjero llamado Daniel Cohen Sabban a quien vendió un predio de su propiedad de más de mil metros cuadrados ubicado sobre la playa, a un costado del hostal Shambhala.
El empresario, que además es socio de Marcelo Barbas Larrarte y Juan Carlos Malazzo Muti -todos de origen argentino-, en el hotel y restaurante El Alquimista; envió el pasado 7 de febrero a un grupo de sujetos a la propiedad en disputa para desmantelarla, sin una orden o documento de por medio.
Se solidarizan con Gloria
Los agravios de los que ha sido objeto Johnson Ramírez han desencadenado una serie de reacciones de apoyo y solidaridad que son visibles sobre todo en redes sociales, a la vez que se muestra el repudio contra el grupo de empresarios por su voracidad y el abuso hacia la mujer de avanzada edad, quien desde su llegada a Zipolite hace 45 años se ha destacado por defender férreamente los recursos naturales y las tierras.
