When will the Nudist Meeting “enNud Zipolite” 2024 be?
Throughout 8 annual editions, this event was organized as a Festival; It is from 2024 when it is presented as a Meeting due to the need to create a consolidated meeting space by and for the nudist community , both national and international, and thus promote coexistence and interaction between the different nudist groups that share the taste for nature, art and freedom.
“The change from Festival to Meeting is basically due to the need to change the emphasis of the event, from having less party (festival) to serving more as a place for personal, artistic, sporting and cultural meetings between nudists from Mexico and other countries. ” comments Juan Marcos Castañeda, member of the Bi Shieeladi Festivals and Culture Civil Association, and of the enNud Organizing Committee.
One of the main objectives of enNud is the socialization of the practice of nudism, driven by values such as tolerance and respect , which undoubtedly contributes to strengthening the tourist influx of the area.
Zipolite Beach is one of the most cosmopolitan places in the State of Oaxaca, which has been positioned on the tourist map as the only public nudist beach in Mexico, legally recognized since 2016.
The economic and social importance that Nud represents is reflected in a projected hotel occupancy rate of over 90% and an economic benefit of $74.9 million pesos for the Huatulco – Puerto Escondido corridor, thus promoting tourism promotion in the coastal region. and the State in general.
“For the Municipality of San Pedro Pochutla, tourism represents the second most important economic activity for the area, paying 23.2% of the annual income, and enNud manages to attract 15% of the total annual income, representing the main peak of economic activity of the town” comments Jair Flores, President of the Association of Hotels and Motels of Zipolite and Conurbados, member of the Bi Shieeladi Festivals and Culture Civil Association, and of the enNud Organizing Committee.
During the five days of the Meeting, activities will be carried out such as the Calenda, yoga, walks on the beach at sunrise, beach volleyball, body paint classes, dance therapy classes, sound therapy and body drawing, 3K race and other integration activities; all of them done naked.
The Nudist Meeting at Nude Zipolite in its 2024 edition is presented as an invitation to people who want to live a different experience, free of prejudices and taboos, promoting the positioning of nudism in Mexico as a lifestyle free of social stigmas, which enhances Body acceptance, love and respect for one's own body and our way of being.
