I am excited for our upcoming tantra ceremony this Saturday at 6 pm at mitotecali.

Some people asked me what is that about so I will try to describe with words although tantra is to my perspective is most understood when is embodied.
We will explore a beatifull heart puja in which we will allow ourself to give and recieve through the senses:
Touch-sacred connection through consious touch.
Smell-oils, incense, copal
Energetic purification.
Sound- sound healing with Tibetan bowl, didgeridoo, drum beat of pacha mama.
Also healing sentences to allow compassion and forgiveness.
Taste- cacao medicine and some fruits.
There will be a circle of blindfolded grouop which will be receiving through those senses and than giving.
It is a safe container which allows healing, playfulness, joy, bliss and sacred heart connection and expansion.
There will be also some singing and dancing and a short lecture about tantra.
