Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca.- In Zipolite, the nudist beach, warnings and fines of up to 5 thousand pesos will be applied to anyone who breaks the rules of coexistence, such as showing off naked outside the beach area, having sexual relations, or abusing consumption drugs or alcoholic beverages.
The Zipolite municipal agent, David Rodríguez, announced that the destination works jointly with service providers to eradicate many inappropriate practices on the part of visitors who come and who break healthy coexistence, such as showing off naked or having sexual relations in the beach.
He said that people must learn to respect the rules that exist in each site that they visit and Zipolite is a beach, and a demarcation that is governed by uses and customs and the highest authority is the assembly, which defined the fines that apply to the offenders.
He stressed that in cases where there have been sanctions, offenders are first warned so that they back down in their attitudes and when there is resistance, the respective fine is applied.
He affirmed that the Zipolite nudist beach is not for having sexual contacts, but for living an experience with nature, or living nudism as an experience of mutual respect and respect for sexual diversity.
