to me
Hola my Mexico-loving friends!
This month's email comes to you as I prepare to return to beautiful (and warm and sunny!) Mexico in a few days.
I'm headed to a new-to-me city and state, Veracruz (my 22nd Mexican state!). I'm excited to spend a few days there before I begin a bigger adventure that will take me around some off-the-beaten-path spots around the state of Oaxaca, finishing in the beautiful capital city of the same name.
I haven't been to Oaxaca since 2018. I'm intrigued to see how much it has changed and to enjoy the incredible food culture of Mexico's culinary capital.
Of course, I'll be sharing live updates from the road on Instagram and Facebook and once I'm home I'll be writing about it on my blog and sharing videos on YouTube. I can't wait to explore more of this magical country!

As egg prices soar across the US, border agents are now dealing with a very different type of smuggling. There have been reports of people crossing from Tijuana to San Diego with carloads of eggs!
Visiting Mexico Soon?
If you are planning a trip to Mexico soon, I hope you'll have a browse of the different Mexico guides on my blog or have a search through my YouTube videos to help you plan your trip!
Many of you already know that the updated version of my Los Cabos guidebook came out in November. If you haven’t already purchased it, you can buy a digital copy of it here or a paperback copy of it on Amazon here.
I also have an extensive guidebook available for Mexico City which also receives regular updates. Anytime you buy a digital guidebook, you have access to lifetime updates completely free. So your guidebooks from me are never out of date!
Have you Recently Purchased the Los Cabos Travel Guide?
If you have purchased or used the most recent version of my Los Cabos Travel Guide, even if it was the digital version, it would mean the world to me if you took a few minutes to write a review on Amazon. Reviews help me reach more people and continue to do this work as a full-time job.
