We desire to inspire our participants to let go of body shame in a safe space and surrender to the harmonious flow of the music, the ocean, and one another.

These days, she finds the most joy and expression in freestyle, performing, flow and sharing her perspective of unblocking the body with movement, finding the rhythm, stimulating key parts of the body to let go and become one.
