Que tengan un excelente día, paso a compartirles para quien guste y no sabía,

todos los viernes y ahora con nuevo día de entrenamiento también los martes, realizamos prácticas de Básicos de Flexibilidad y contorsion (contorsion para personas más avandas)

En las clases se realiza acondicionamiento físico para mejor resultado de estiramiento, quien guste los espero el día de hoy de 4 a 6pm en Hotel Noga Zipol

El costo de una clase es de 100$ y para alumnxs regulares en 80$ después de 4 clases, abrazos y a empezar el año con toda la actitud
