📣 CIVIL PROTECTION POCHUTLA INFORMATION Unusual currents continue without major warning. The best way to avoid accidents is to prevent. Civil Protection Pochutla recommends citizens to consider the following recommendations: ☑️ Follow the recommendations of security personnel. ☑️ Avoid swimming large distances unsupervised. ☑️ Don't swim after eating. ☑️ If you have ingested alcohol, do not enter the sea. ☑️ If the edge to land from the beach is very pending, avoid being introduced into the sea and bathing during high tides, and even more so, if there are strong waves. Protección Civil Pochutla recomienda a la ciudadanía tener en cuenta las siguientes recomendaciones:
Seguir las recomendaciones del personal de seguridad. Evite nadar grandes distancias sin supervisión. No nade después de comer. Si ha ingerido alcohol, no ingrese al mar. Si el borde hacia tierra desde la playa tiene mucha pendiente, evite introducirse al mar y bañarse durante las mareas altas, y más aún, si hay oleajes fuertes.Si es arrastrado por alguna resaca o corriente:
Mantenga la calma, no luche contra la corriente. Nade al lado de la corriente y paralelo a la costa, a continuación, en un ángulo de 45 grados de vuelta a la orilla. Si no puede escapar de ella, flote o avance en el agua con calma. Las corrientes de resaca se desvanecen con el tiempo.
Si ve a alguien atrapado en una resaca, NO trate de rescatarlo por su propia cuenta, en su lugar:
Busque un socorrista o llame al 911. Pida auxilio para que pueda recibir instrucciones y consejos. Si es posible, lance un salvavidas o dispositivo de flotación.Recuerda que la prevención es trabajo de todos.
