Tropical Storm Carlos is formed with potential hurricane in southern Mexico
Tropical Storm Carlos, which formed in the Pacific Ocean, near the southern coast of Mexico, it will cause heavy rains in the regions of Oaxaca and Guerrero, and could become a hurricane on Saturday, he said Thursday at the National Hurricane Center of the United States.
