Following the online discussion, Christian Chávez clarified that, although he was in Zipolite, Oaxaca, he did not take off all his clothes during his visit . The singer and actor explained that the location is known for being the only legal nudist beach in Mexico, but emphasized that this does not imply that everyone who visits participates in that practice.
