Zipolite es una playa que ha adquirido una gran plusvalía debido a su desarrollo y fama internacional.
ZIPOLITE, POCHUTLA.– Por medio de argucias, abuso de confianza, presunta falsificación de firmas y omisión de representantes comunales; un particular, aliado con un grupo de empresarios argentinos, pretenden despojar a Gloria Johnson Ramírez, mujer de avanzada edad y fundadora de la playa Zipolite, de un predio ubicado en una zona de gran valor dentro de la mítica playa nudista.
Respaldado en un documento apócrifo con el que avala una supuesta cesión de derechos de un predio de poco más de mil metros propiedad de Johnson Ramírez; Juan Martínez Ramírez, ex colaborador de confianza de la agraviada, vendió de forma ilegal el terreno al empresario Daniel Cohen Sabban.
Desmantelan cabaña y predio
El terreno ha sido codiciado por un grupo de empresarios dueños del hotel El Alquimista, desde hace por lo menos 10 años.
Quien se presume como el actual dueño del terreno y que además es socio de Marcelo Barbas Larrarte y Juan Carlos Malazzo Muti, de origen argentino, en el prolífico negocio de hotel y restaurant denominados El Alquimista –ubicados a un costado del predio en disputa-; envió este martes a un grupo de sujetos para desmantelar una cabaña ubicada en el lugar, sin un documento que respaldara sus acciones y sin dar oportunidad a la mujer de defenderse o presentar algún tipo de querella.
Desesperada, Gloria, quien es dueña del hostal rústico Shambhala, localizado en la ladera aledaña al terreno, explicó que todo deriva del abuso de confianza de su ex trabajador Juan Martínez, quien luego de laborar como su “mano derecha” durante más de 20 años, aprovechó que ella le había encargado de manera especial el cuidado del predio, debido a que desde el año 2007 es codiciado por los dueños de El Alquimista.
Abuso de confianza
Gloria Johnson denunció que hoy fue desmantelada una cabaña de su propiedad por parte de enviados del empresario Daniel Cohen Sabban.
“Yo hice un trato con él (Juan Martínez) por medio de un escrito y con algunos testigos -que no era una cesión-, para que cuidara el terreno porque yo necesitaba defenderlo ya que ahí tengo mis biodigestores, cisterna y otras cosas, él debía resguardarlo para que mis vecinos, que desde antes habían intentado apropiárselo -con la complicidad de los representantes comunales de aquel entonces-, no lo lograran”, narró.
La afectada, de 76 años, y que debido a su edad ya no puede moverse con facilidad, lamentó que en vez de cuidar el predio, su ex incondicional la defraudara vendiéndolo de forma ilegal, por medio de la falsificación de su firma y documentos, por varios millones de pesos al empresario, presuntamente de origen extranjero.
Predio en litigio
El predio en disputa de más de mil metros se localiza en el extremo norte de la playa Zipolite, en una de las zonas con mayor valía económica.
Luego de advertir que ya emprende acciones en el campo legal y agrario para recuperar su propiedad, detalló que el predio que ahora es codiciado por el grupo de empresarios se encuentra en un litigio agrario debido a que en el año 2012 otro ex empleado de nombre Juan Flores Ramírez intentó quedarse con esa y otras porciones de sus tierras.
“Aunque el Tribunal Unitario Agrario ya me dio la razón a mí sobre la legítima posesión de mis tierras, el litigio aún está en curso, y en tal caso, es imposible que pueda vender esa propiedad”, afirmó.
Dudosa actuación de bienes comunales
Dado que el régimen de propiedad en Pochutla es comunal, y los terrenos son por lo tanto, intransferibles, las ventas entre particulares son inusuales. Por ello es necesario que cuando se realicen cesiones de derechos por terrenos, el Comisariado de Bienes Comunales sea quien expida las nuevas actas de posesión.
En tal caso, resulta al menos sospechoso, el papel del actual órgano comunal de Pochutla, encabezado por Eutiquio Ricardez, quien expidió con total facilidad y sin contar con una petición de por medio de Gloria Johnson, el documento de posesión a nombre del empresario Daniel Cohen.
“Ellos (los integrantes del comisariado) me dicen que no podían saber que la firma que les presentaron como mía en el documento para la venta, era falsa. Yo soy comunera reconocida, vivo en Zipolite desde hace 45 años y mi esposo era el propietario de todo estos terrenos”, señaló.
Según pobladores de la zona, el grupo de empresarios dueños de El Alquimista, también han adquirido diversas propiedades a la orilla de playa, con gran valía, no solo en Zipolite sino en Mazunte.
Parte de la historia de Zipolite
Cabe referir que Gloria Johnson forma parte de la historia de Zipolite. Hija de madre norteamericana y padre mexicano, llegó a la zona desde muy joven y contrajo matrimonio con un lugareño. Desde entonces ha sido testigo del crecimiento, el paso de cientos de personajes y fama de la ahora ya reconocida playa nudista de fama mundial.
Desde hace unos 30 años fundó Shambhala, “un refugio natural rústico y ecológico ubicado en una ladera de la Costa del Pacífico de Oaxaca” según se describe en su sitio de internet. El lugar es visitado por cientos de turistas cada año por ser considerado un lugar de ritual, lleno de energía en armonía con la naturaleza.
Gloria Johnson es una de las fundadoras de Zipolite y del hostal rústico Shambhala.

Ya una vez intentaron despojarla de sus tierras sin conseguirlos y ahora este nuevo embate ha movilizado a la opinión pública que preocupada ve como poco a poco se van desapareciendo áreas verde para convertirlos en grandes hoteles de 5 estrellas.
Al cierre de la edición judiciales con armas largas intentaron sacar a turistas de la cabaña con armas largas sin conseguirlo ya que hay una orden del juez que avala la propiedad de Doña Gloria, Sin embargo, llegaron gentes a desmantelar la cabaña ante la impotencia de su propietaria que espera que la justicia se rápida y expedita.
