Huatulco is located on the Southern Pacific coast of Mexico, in the state of Oaxaca, with 35 kms (aprox. 20 miles) of coastline conformed of the nine bays with 36 beaches with clear and brillant waters, on a total of 21 hectares, of which 16,400 are earmarked for the regeneration and preservation of the ecological balance, being a vital part of this project the Huatulco Wildlife and Marine Park, declared a National Protected Area in 1998.
Stretching over nine bays with thirty six unspoiled beaches, a true sanctuary, this area was designed to host low-rise, quality developments.
This ecological treasure is protected by the largest state-appointed conservation reserve, and is one of three communities in the world to receive an internationally renowned Green Globe award.
The area features several marinas, markets hosting cultural food and art, fine dining, and endless water and land activities.
