A bit more about the flow: We will start with a copal cleanse and connect heart to heart with a *Sharing circle*. The sharing is open to everything which is alive in us. Than we will embark on a *Sacred heart ceremony* 💛💜🧡❤️🩵 It is a space for allowing our heart to be touched. In this ceremony we will explore ways for expanding the heart. It can be by touch; giving and recieving empowering affirmations sound: the sense of smell or any other creative way that feels good. It is a A safe space to give and receive : learning to communicate better our needs and desires. Learning to communicate yes and No and recieving them with love. Building a strong connection to ourselves and to our sisters. Experience deep somatic healing. Than; We will continue our Journey with an epic and hypnotic *ecstatic dance set*🪘💫🥁🎹🔥 led by me d.j lady nada. This is a space in which we can allow our wildness and softness to be expressed. We will be dancing blindfolded in the dark ( optional). It is actually not just a dance set is a place for deep healing with the movement and the breath. A place to feel- " feeling is the healing". 😃🥲😍🤩🥸😡 We will ground with a *Sound journey* Shamanic trance drumming: didgeridoo and tibetan bowls for a soft end. A little about Playa Zipolite, The Beach of the Dead . . .

Playa Zipolite, Oaxaca, Southern Mexico, on the Pacific Ocean. A little bit about my favorite little get-away on this small world of ours.

Zipolite, a sweaty 30-minute walk west from Puerto Angel, brings you to Playa Zipolite and another world. The feeling here is 1970's - Led Zep, Marley, and scruffy gringos.

A long, long time ago, Zipolite beach was usually visited by the Zapotecans...who made it a magical place. They came to visit Zipolite to meditate, or just to rest.

Recently, this beach has begun to receive day-trippers from Puerto Angel and Puerto Escondido, giving it a more TOURISTY feel than before.

Most people come here for the novelty of the nude beach, yoga, turtles, seafood, surf, meditation, vegetarians, discos, party, to get burnt by the sun, or to see how long they can stretch their skinny budget.
