Another day out 36C. Today' was our big excursion with Tino. Tino picked us up in the lobby, then we drove to Santa Cruz to his boat called "Snook" it was a cute 10 passenger boat that comfortably fit all of us. We started our journey with goin to one of nine bays that surround beautiful huatulco. The first bay was a fishing village. Lots of local eateries crammed together. We got our snorkeling gear , and Tony (Tino's helper) took us out snorkeling to the reefs. Tony led us to the Bat Cave. Just right before the bat caves, there was a school of at least 1000 fish. Pretty cool site! But more interesting was the bat cave. I was scared at first to enter cause the entranceway was so narrow. Andy barely fit thru. The water was comin out of the cave fast and it was hard to swim thru, eventually got thru. It was fairly small inside with an opening to the sky, that's where the bats come thru. Our second stop , we went onsearch of dolphins. And dolphins we did find! There must have been hundreds of dolphins jumping out of the water in front of the boat. What a sight! The kids were in awe! We stuck around for about an hr watching the dolphins. Next stop was another fishin village in one of the coves. J
Here we had lunch. Nothing like fish taco's from the local eatery. Stuck around here for about and then headed back to the resort. The whole clan is tired! We just finished supper an Kai is runnin around with no shirt on in the lobby. It's still 29C out was his reason for no shirt. Time to log off
