What is the Amazake?! The Amazake is this delicious Japanese vegetable yogurt rich in enzymes and alkaline properties, fermented from koji. Its sweet and sour taste resembles the yogurt, while its texture shuts between the milk and the high-fat Greek yogurt, as preferred. It's ideal as a dairy alternative to smoothies, cereal and desserts. It's with rich cereals in almonds like rice, barley, oatmeal, corn wheat, mijo, which is made by the amazake. Will stay in the fridge for approximately 2 to 4 weeks.
Que es el amazake ?!
El Amazake es este delicioso yogur vegetal japonés rico en enzimas y propiedades alcalinas, fermentado a partir de koji.
Su sabor dulce y ácido recuerda al del yogur, mientras que su textura oscila entre la de la leche y la del yogur griego alto en grasas, según se prefiera.
Es ideal como alternativa láctea en batidos, cereales y postres. Es con cereales ricos en almidón como el arroz, la cebada, la avena, el trigo sarraceno, el mijo, que se elabora el amazake. Se mantendrá durante aproximadamente 2 a 4 semanas en el refrigerador.
