What is shamanic trance dance ?

It is similar to ecstatic dance with some variations such as dancing with a blindfold in the dark

It is a fun and powerfull trasfomational process that helps us to reconnect to a natural state of ecstasy.

It is an active meditative process in which we are using dance, repetative beats and fire breathing to nourish and revitalize.

We enhance the realising of endorphins, flushing out toxins, stuck energy and emotions.

Opening to thr infinite source of energy that is available to us when we surrender to the flow.
