Mi comida de hoy fue un ceviche de plateada sardina. Lo bueno es que el mar nuestro me regaló sardinas, las que sacó mi atarraya. Después las limpie. Luego en mi casa les puse ajo, cebolla finamente picada, y chile morrón' también picado. Luego gengibre, agregue limón y en su momento salsa de soya. Esperé su cocimiento con el limón, cebolla y, lo que les mencioné. Llegando su momento con galletas habaneras las disfrute. Me falta decir que la acompañe con cerveza corona porque la victoria es nuestra. De postre un delicioso mamey que me hizo decir, tres veces gracias y aún mas: muy agradecido.
