Zipolite, this Saturday December 18th the ARREBOL bocatas go back to the beach. All of our snacks are made with gourmet products: European-style sauces and cheeseses made in Mexico. The bread used is a chapata of white wheat flour from sourdough and, apart from the saucer or cheese, they are garnished with tomato, lettuce, oregano and olive oil. The menu for this Saturday is: - SERRANITO: serrano ham. - STAINING: Healed Sheep Stained Cheese (20 Months Healing). - LEONES : chorizo. Luís, our delivery man, will be selling them between 14h30 and 18h30 on the beach of Zipolite, you will be able to recognize him by the blue thermal bag and his SILVER flyer. este sábado 18 de diciembre los bocatas ARREBOL salen de nuevo a la playa.

Todos nuestros bocatas están hechos con productos gourmet: embutidos y quesos de estilo europeo hechos en México. El pan usado es chapata de harina de trigo blanco de masa madre y, a parte del embutido o el queso, van guarnidos con tomate, lechuga , orégano y aceite de olivo.

El menú para este sábado es:

- SERRANITO: jamón serrano.

- MANCHEGO: queso manchego de oveja curado (20 meses de curación).

- LEONÉS: chorizo.

Luís, nuestro repartidor, los estará vendiendo entre las 14h30 y las 18h30 por la playa de Zipolite, lo podrán reconocer por la bolsa térmica azul y su flyer ARREBOL.
