Hola y buenos días a todos.

Al principio de julio, se va a desocupar la casita aqui en mi Ranchito arriba en las lomas de Zipolite. Somos una familia muy tranquila que busca 1 o 2 personas o una familia que aprecia las detalles particulares de esta bonita casa ecológica con:

-Vista al mar/atardecer/amanecer

-Wifi bastante buena (estamos en la costa, entonces...)

-Cocina completa

-2 camas queen size con un cortina divisoria entre los dos (por privacidad)

-Mini alberca con filtración natural (color de rio)

-Agua caliente

-Baño ecológico

-Paneles solares

-Muros de barro y abiertos que deja el aire fluir

-Plantas y arboles medicinal/permacultura

-Mascotas adorables de casa y mascotas suyas aceptadas

Normalmente, esta casa se renta por mes y honestamente la renta es elevada, pero es verano, y verano trae sus propias cositas. Hay mas bichos, hay tormentas de lluvias fuerte. Cuando hay varios días sin sol, las baterías pueden acabar y tenemos que ahorrar mas la energía. Hay detalles que van a surgir en verano y buscamos personas que son adaptables a estos cambios. O sea, no queremos personas complicadas. Por eso, la renta es menos elevada por las personas perfectas que pueden disfrutar lo verde del bosque, la enorme cantidad de pájaros y la rica sombra y soledad que va mano en mano con las cosas mas complicadas de verano.

At the beginning of July, the little house here in my Ranchito will be vacated up in the hills of Zipolite. We are a very quiet family looking for 1 or 2 people or a family that appreciates the particular details of this beautiful ecological house with:

-View of the sea / sunset / sunrise

-Wifi pretty good (we're on the coast, then ...)

-Full kitchen

-2 queen size beds with a dividing curtain between the two (for privacy)

-Mini pool with natural filtration (river color)

-Hot water

-Ecological bathroom

-Solar panels

-Mud and open walls that let the air flow

-Medicinal / permaculture plants and trees

-Lovely house pets and pets accepted

Normally, this house rents by the month and honestly the rent is high, but it is summer, and summer brings its own little things. There are more bugs, there are heavy rainstorms. When there are several days without sun, the batteries can end and we have to save more energy. There are details that will emerge in the summer and we are looking for people who are adaptable to these changes. I mean, we don't want complicated people. Therefore, the rent is less high for the perfect people who can enjoy the green of the forest, the huge number of birds and the rich shade and solitude that goes hand in hand with the more complicated things of summer.
