"Recently returned from a five day yoga retreat which as a yoga beginner was a special opportunity. Brigitte was an excellent and patient teacher plus her two assistants: Sue and Gustavo. The routine was what I was hoping for: meditation, breathing exercises and asanas to challenge. More advanced students were given more challenging work to do; there were even a couple of yoga instructors in the class. I made major progress including greatly reducing my back curvature.

The facilities at La Loma Linda were excellent. The yoga room is set up high with wonderful, open air views. All necessary equipment was supplied. Meals were taken there as well which helped develop a rapport among the group. "-- AtwoodTraveler, TripAdvisor member
