    GAWD! Even if I visit Walmart ... I just got to get a 1/4 pound of their Orange Chicken ... I munch on it while I shop. Of course at Walmart USA, NOT
    Walmart Mexico :S

    Ingredients: serves 4

    2 chicken breasts
    1 egg
    1 cup flour
    salt & pepper
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 cup water
    vegetable oil for frying
    ORANGE SAUCE
    1 tsp ginger
    1 tsp garlic
    1/2 cup spring onions/scallions
    2 red chili
    1 tbls rice wine vinegar
    1 tbls soy sauce
    1 tsp sugar
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 tsp orange zest
    1tsp cornstarch mixed with water

    *serve with rice/noodles, extra onion and chili
