Mazunte is great place as there are a variety of surf locations within 15 minutes of here. The Mazunte beach is less than 1 mile - you DO NOT have to go 35 for great waves. Mazunte has 3 beaches of its own and when you couple that with the ones in San Agustinillo, Ventanilla and Zipolite (for starters) one can always find a place to surf here. For a small village, it offers much in the way of nightlife, restaurants and activities. We also have white water rafting on 2 rivers. 
Las Mazuntinas has 4 separate rental units (2 with kitchens and 2 without but with refrigerator) offering a secure, clean place to explore the Oaxacan coast from. Free WiFi onsite. Parking.
