Earl causes landslides affecting road sections in Oaxaca

Several road sections are affected by landslides that caused the rains of the last hours in Oaxacan territory.

Earl provoca deslaves que afectan tramos carreteros en Oaxaca

Diversos tramos carreteros están afectados por derrumbes que causaron las lluvias de las últimas horas en territorio oaxaqueño.

La corporación exhortó a la población en general a tomar precauciones ante los deslaves que afectan a la carretera federal 200, en el tramo Huatulco-Pochutla y Pochutla-Salina Cruz, así como la carretera federal 185, en el tramo Piedra Blanca-Matías Romero y la carretera local Santa Marría Huatulco-Pluma Hidalgo.

En Pinotepa Nacional, hacia Jamiltepec, hay ramas de árboles en la carretera y también algunas piedras.

Protección Civil de Oaxaca atiende los deslaves ocasionados por el fenómeno hidrometeorológicoEarl, ya degradado a depresión tropical, en las regiones de la Costa e Istmo de Tehuantepec, informó la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del estado (SSPO).

La circulación es normal en la Carretera Federal 175, Oaxaca-Puerto Ángel.

Al respecto, la SSPO recomienda a los automovilistas mantener la calma, seguir las indicaciones del personal que se encuentra en el lugar y conducir a baja velocidad, evitando poner en riesgo su vida y la de sus acompañantes.
